They cheap out on you. I mean seriously, the product photo clearly shows ceiling covers. Unfortunately, I did not take the time to read ALL the product description in the bottom that apparently clearly states that you have to purchase the RACK IT UP trim ceiling covers in order to make this contraption more aesthetically pleasing--for an extra twenty plus dollars to get all four covers.

Besides that...regarding the assembly. Now, I'm by no means a handyman, but my husband and I have our fair share of tools for doing home improvement projects and stuff. But seriously...a half-inch drill bit? That's huge...and unfortunately, added to the cost of what I thought was an affordable pot rack.

Okay...the pot rack itself is fine--hence the three stars. I just wish I didn't feel like I was nickel and dimed in the process of installing it.
